is truly a part of Jamaica's history and can be
traced back hundreds of years (at least since the
middle of the seventeenth).
I love seeing people take their first mouth full
and watching how much they enjoy it.

OUR STORY
Island Boys Foods was started 10 years ago in Sydney by our
founder and Head Chef, Phil Spence. Phil has over 30 years
experience in the industry as a fully qualified chef.
He combines these skills with his Jamaican heritage to deliver food that is delicious, generous, and fun.
